The Retractable Roof

Most modern double-deckers (like Big Bus and City Sightseeing) have a sliding roof on the upper deck.

Sunny: Roof open.
Rainy: Roof closed in seconds. You still get the views through the windows without getting soaked.

Best Indoor Stops

If it starts pouring, stay on the bus until you reach:

Mall of Berlin: Shopping haven.
Museum Island: Get lost in hours of history.
Madame Tussauds: Near Brandenburg Gate.
